Assembled Series 1500

Universal Moldings’ strongest aluminum sliding door, the 1500 Series features an extra heavyduty 2 3/8" x 1/2" x .062" extruded aluminum “Hat Section” frame that is designed to last, even under constant usage.

Salt water air exposure and other outdoor elements are never a problem for the 1500 door which comes standard with stainless steel 1 1/4" ball-bearing rollers and housings. They provide easy gliding when opening or closing and are designed to be resistant to rust/corrosion and as such will provide many years of maintenance free use.

Solid extra heavy-duty extruded aluminum spur corner locks hold like a weld. They assure longlasting strength and stability.

The 1500 is thoughtfully designed with an attractive streamlined flush handle system for an enhanced view since there is no protrusion over the screen.

Powder Coating – Sometime known as powder painted, provides a much superior surface compared to ‘wet paint’. It’s durable, corrosion resistant and environmentally friendly.
